The San-I-Pak 342L is a two-chamber autoclave sterilizer and compactor designed for automated onsite treatment of regulated medical waste.
Its three-position process—load, sterilize, and dump—supports a controlled workflow from cart loading through treatment and discharge. The integrated cart dumper reduces direct handling, while the high-density compactor processes treated waste at a 6:1 compaction ratio.
With a listed capacity of 460 pounds per hour, the 342L is suitable for facilities that require dependable, continuous waste processing within a compact system footprint.
